2) use program like paint.net and select paste
3) select image size and change to ~600-800pixels width
4) select save as and then select jpg
5) upload to something like imageshack.us
6) post links wrapped in [ img][ /img] without the spaces.

iv never had a reason to take a screen shot until now, so go figure i didnt know how!
