i have suddenly noticed that my screen is flickering at the top, for instance now my address bar in IE is flickering, and it also happens on my desktop but only at the top for some reason (my desktop icons flicker and also any program running in that area, like when msn is open it flickers near the top), do any of you know what this could be?
Also when i started BF2142 yesterday that screen was constantly flickering all over as well. Its a new build so i would really like to sort it.
Possible reason: When i first turned my new build on it was running for about 10minutes until i realised that my 7950GT's fan was not going! the little cable was not plugged into the card to power it, and the heatsink around it was VERY hot, could this explain the flickering (yet i can still play games fine like BF2/GRAW with no problems of flickering)
