Screen teraring when scrolling / Videos

I have a GT430. I notice when scrolling down large pieces of text and watching videos I get bad screen tearing.

In the video player I use VSYNC is turned on and in the Nvidia control panel it's set as application controlled but this doesn't seem to help at all.

I'm using Firefox browser, not sure if that's related to the screen tearing when scrolling though.

Any advice?

Weird, turning Aero off fixed it. I turned it back on and it no longer tears again.

Strange.
