Screenburn

Hi i have a bit of screenburn on my bottom left side of monitor. It is from gt legends and i can read the word fuel when its on a blue background like overclockers forums. How do i get rid of it ?

leave the screen off for a while should do the trick? Maybe play some fast games to get it to change the image a lot
