Screencasting Software Recommendations

Does anyone have any recommendations for screencasting software to create tutorials? i.e. where you can see what the user is doing and do a voiceover.

I've heard of Camtasia Studio, but at £220+VAT it's quite expensive.

I need to do something similar myself and I was recommended the above.
