Screenshot program

Any program that can keep as many screenshots as you want and then save them all together? I have found screen pilot but even though it saves as many as you want it doesnt save them all together so you have to select each and every pic and save it seperately from the others.

quick question

Do these applications automatically *save* all the images or after screenshot them i have to save each and every one of them with the usual way: file->save as etc.
