Screw search

I'm searching for the correct screws for mounting a 40mm Mini Kaze fan to my Northbridge chip on an Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe mobo. Does anybody know exactly what screws I need and where to get them from?

My advice would be to email Scythe support and ask for some new screws. Don't forget to explain what device you have, explain in detail so there can be no confusion exactly what device you have.

Failing that you could always look for a heatsink instead - silent, no fan, no screws, just some thermal paste and maybe a purpose-designed sticky pad. Mind you, I know sweet f.a about cooling chips. Anyone else got a better idea? I think mine stinks... Sorry can't help you further. Someone else may be able to guide you.

ha .. just contacted Scythe support and was told that they didn't know what screws to use and to either glue the fan on or use rubber bands!!!!!
