Screw spacers for 120mm Fans.

Hi guys,

I am on water cooling and use Noiseblocker NB-eLoop 120mm Fans on my radiator. I have noticed though it is easy as hell
to break the fan plastic where the fan holes are on the fans if you screw the main radiator fan screws to tight.

I was thinking a way to prevent this from hapining is to get some fan screw spacers that will fit on a 120mm fan in between the
top and bottom fan hole of the fan so when tightening the screws the plastic where the fan holes are won't bend down and snap.

I have tried my best not to break the plastic where the top fan holes are but even the slightest little bit too tight
then the plastic makes like a ping noise where it has snapped.

Can anybody recommend some screw spacers that will fit 120mm Fans?

Have you thought about trying some silicon washers?

Would those help prevent the plastic where the fan holes are from bending down too much and snapping if you screw the main radiator fan screws little
too tight? I take it with this silicon washers, it prevents too much downwards pressure or something onto the fan when the screws are tightened?
