Screws for ThermalRight SI-120

I've recently sold my old SI-120 on ebay and sent it off. I've just received an email saying that I didn't include any screws in the package to screw the RM to the back plate and that the stock screws with the standard AMD RM are too long... He says he needs M3 0.5 x 15mm screws and I can't seem to find the ones I used before to send him..

Does anyone know a place I can get those screws from? I've had a hunt around and can't find any!

You can always cut screws/bolts down to size?

I thought about telling him to do that, but I'll probably get some negative feedback Oh well...
