Script help

I am in need of a small script in PHP. Basically similar to a news posting script.

I need to be able to add an article which will display a title when clicked will show the full page. The full page needs to include 1 image and a few lines of seperate text.

All title links will be listed on one page - also a simple admin area to post the articles to start with.

Any ideas? Anything I have seen doesn't really suit

Tried and can't seem to find anything that does the job.
