Script to add a backgound image in a folder window in W7?

is there anyway of doing this?

need to add a background jpg into folder C:\Temp but need to know how i would automate it via a script as we will be deploying it to a few hundred machines.

script needs to auto load a jpg image to C:\Temp to display it as background within C:\Temp

Hope that made sense!

OS is Windows 7 Enterprise 32bit.
