Scroll Bar Color Change

I've got a pretty simple question, is there any way to change the color of the scroll bars in OS:X? I've spent all week finding loads of really nice wallpapers, new, replacement icons and a shiny new dock, and I'm now looking at changing the color of the scrolling bars in Safari and other programs. Does anybody know, is there a straightforward way of doing this?

Changing the appearance to "Graphite" will make them grey... System Preferences > Appearance > top one

Apps like Candybar might be able to do it.

I don't think Candybar will change scroll bars and changing them is not something I've felt the need to do. I've changed a few icons and swap desktops around a bit but apart from that, I'm quite happy with the way it looks.

Thanks Robster, I already know about that setting though. The graphite color doesn't do it for me, I was hoping of a more green color. If you know no way of doing it off the top of your head then that's fine. I'll have a browse on the net, just thought I'd ask here first in case anybody knew of a simple way to do it.

I've got CandyBar already EVH, and as Feek said I haven't stumbled upon a way to change the scroll bar colors there. I suspect Magnifique may be able to do it, but a lot of the 'Themes' on there look really nasty and half finished.
