To remind ourselves of this once again: Instead of helping customers and unscrewing the console at least once in the service department in order to then replace a dirt-cheap cent part after a real diagnosis, only the exchange by means of a refurbished console is offered across the board, but then the customer’s original device must remain with the manufacturer and is supposedly “professionally disposed of” by Nintendo then professionally repairing it for a few cents and reselling it to the next customer again at a high price!
