I'm working to get my HTPC running emulators 
I'm trying to have several (Snes, Megadrive, Scumm, PSX etc) running through GameEX on my Vista HTPC.
I've got scumm working fine, but at 1280x720 (at the moment due to using onboard gpu and not having other options
but will shortly be running 1360x768 when I get a card) the scaling option of 2x just brings this to a small central window, while 3x even with fullscreen selected, just opens windowed.
I'm sure I've previously had it at full screen without a black border all round (but possibly pillarboxed).
Any ideas ?
