scythe kaze master fan controller

Hi guys, ok im trying to install my fan controller but not really any idea what im doing. This is the first rig ive built. The instructions are pitiful.

How do I connect it to my fans, and which should I connect it to? I have an antec 1200. Also a noctua cpu cooler.

I have looked for a guide but can't find anything.

Im not even sure my fans are connected properly in the first place and one isnt working at all.

Help will be appreciated!

The noctua fans will fit but not the case fans. Should I connect it to these cpu cooler fans? I Only have one connected atm as both wont fit, but I could remove the non working case fan and put the other noctua in its place. Do I need adaptors to connect the case fans?
