Scythe Mine, any good?

HSF Scythe Mine. has anyone come across this HSF. i've only come across one review so far. I'm looking for something smaller than a ninja plus and thought this might be good. i would ideally prefer a low profile low noise 939 HSF for a praetoerian 730 case. any comments please
