Scythe Ninja - horizontal mouting, issues?

Looking at the Ninja for a future Conroe build but the motherboard will be mounted horizontally (like in a desktop case) so that the fins in the Ninja will also be horizontal rather than vertical as normal in a tower case.

I'll be using it with the 120mm fan and, additionally, a 120mm exhaust behind it.

Anyone see any issues with this?

Cheers. Looked at the Scythe Miné but want to be able to easily get at the fan for cleaning etc.

The Ninja is better as well isn't it?
