Scythe Ninja on Asus A8n32

ANyone know if there is enough room on the Asus A8n32 motherboard for the Scythe Ninja...and 120mm fan....as I understand that certain motherboards struggle ...

found a review...seems to fit ok,....well thats one piece of the jigsaw sorted....
