SD card corrupted - pulling off video files

Hi guys, I have microSD card that has started giving me problems - with it in a device and connected via USB the PC, certain files come up with a message saying "the device is busy", but move on to the next file and it is fine. With the SD card directly in to a laptop the copy process just drops to 0kbps and I have to pull the card and re-insert to get it to copy the next file.

I've tried a few of the "recovery" programs but they seem to only want to look for deleted files - all the intact files don't appear in the list as being recoverable even though if I copy files one by one most of them are coming off clean.

What I'm looking for is a tool that will copy off all the intact files without me having to keep removing and re-inserting the USB cable / SDcard adaptor and just skip over the files that are damaged (or even better still if it can also copy over whatever it can of the damaged files too would be preferable).

Has anyone had any luck with recovery programs that copy off everything not just looking for deleted files?

Thanks in advance!

I tested Easeus and it just created a bunch of 0kb files (even ones I know are fine and should have copied) then popped up and said I'd used my 500mb and I needed to give them $69.99

Also just tried unstoppable and it copies the first few files and then locks up on the first one I know is corrupted, clicking the "skip" button causes a "this program has stopped responding" error.
