sd32g5 + 8800gts

but, nothing a bit of modding can't sort :)

infact thats whats missing off this forum now. theres no more modding (or at least not much)

the only one that really springs to mind is steeps and his karazy cooling projects :)

hell i dont even mod my shuttle anymore :(, got an empty chassis allready modded that needs more lol but just cant be bothered :(

if you can think of a way to silence a spinpoint (yup a spinpoint spinning is the loudest thing in my shuttle) then i think i have perfected the art of shuttle silencing

yup G5 cases cannot take dual slot cards, unless the pciexpress slot is closer to the inside, which i doubt it is.

Perhaps I can help in the modding department.

Parts are starting to arrive to cool and mod my SD37P2, I aim to cool and clock to the max it will take, and hopefully it will be quiet too, since the two radiator fans should do all the cooling, sucking air through all the vent holes in the case and replacing all the other fans.

I'm cooling both of the GFX cards, CPU and the chipset. The case will be modded to take reservoir and pump under floppy housing, a 2 x 120mm (Black Ice Stealth) radiator on the cpu side, probably half in and half out because of the RAM and PS. Two windows in the top in bevelled glass to show off the Raptor X's and somewhere inside I've got to find room for a TBalancer NG controller which arrived yesterday to monitor and control the wee beastie, and lets not forget some subtle illumination.

So far I've also got Swiftech blocks for the CPU and Chipset, I'm waiting for Alphacool to bring out their new slimline GFX cooler to link in the GFX cards as I can't find any that will definately fit and cool the RAM, the closest so far being the Innovatek ones. I cut down the mounting plates on the cards and they just fit in the Crossfire slots.

Will post piccies as the work starts sometime early next week. Initial spec below.
