I just need some quiter fans, a nice shroud and grill and make a nice new cover and paint it black.

Functionality wise I'm sure its much better, but the look of the sexy machine is quite spoilt

OMG

I've never understood why people do this to shuttles & sff rather than get a normal size case & fit everything in nicely.
But each to their own I suppose.

Well, it will look better when it's finished, it's just roughly assembled.

I have a standard unmodified Shuttle which is going to stay that way, this is just a project, a bit of fun. Also when I stick them on top of each other they are still smaller than a tower case with twice the computing power.
