SD39P2 and 8800GTS

Is this just asking for overheating problems or will the shuttle take the card with adequate cooling?

Actually, after looking around, will the shuttle even take that card? it looks like a lot of normal cases are struggling to take it.

And a quad core. And 3 hard drives. Apparently
