I'm in the process of removing tiles from my bathroom in preparation for a new suite/tile install at the beginning of August.
The initial few easy-to-remove tiles, where their edges were exposed, came off with no trouble at all. However, I've since tried removing from plain walls and found these tiles are far, far better adhered to the wall. I really CBA being careful and manually chiselling them off if the plaster beneath is going to be ruined anyway.
So, has anyone used an SDS tile chisel and are they any good? I have an SDS drill in my posession (with rotary stop), so I'm sorted as far as that's concerned.
What say you people of GD? Is it worth trying one out, or will I knock my house down with it?
