Just gone on a seafood spree in morrisons buying a couple handfuls of king prawns, half a kilo of languistines, kilo of muscles, medium sized monk fish, squid(unsure of sizes but looks like two handfuls to hold) and also got some lemons, wild rocket, tarragon, dill and ribbon rice noodles to go with it.

Going to prepare a meal tomorrow but unsure what to do? Anyone got any ideas? Could split into a two course or make a platue

Sorry yeah i have one full lobster but no crab, was thinking solids only so only going to use the lobsters tail and eat the claws whilst cooking lol. Crabs all mushy and didnt think it would go well with everything else

Sea Food Linguine or Sea Food Paella two of the greatest meals known to man especially if eaten in a beach front restaurant in Northern Australia!

Sea food pasta of some kind would be good, you can make a bechamel sauce for the sea food sauce - if you poach the fish in milk with a bay leaf, and then use the milk from that to make the bechamel - it makes a lovely sauce for the pasta.

Or a fish pie?

And deep fry the squid as a starter?

Tempura squid with rocket and a balsamic reduction to start, followed by monk fish pan fried in butter on a bed of langoustine noodles, accompanied by a mussel and dill sauce with a squeeze of lemon.
