I've put two 320GB Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 drives in a RAID0 setup and got the following results:

Do they look good, or are they average?

Burst is impossibly high (common hdtach bug). The Average read and random access are what you're looking for. Average read is very good, about 80 is common for a single drive and you're getting 117 :D Random access is 13 ms though, which is slower than say a raptor but still pretty fine :)

Cpu utilization is wierdly high.

That's being limited by something, the sustained trace should be a fair bit higher at the left and a lot smoother too. Was there anything else running at the time?

What board/controller are you using?

Using a very old Socket 754 board with Via controllers :D
