This is not just a random voucher this is in conjunction with the Steam Black Friday Sale that is happening on the 23rd. Mind you that is an entry level "enterprise" drive and probably performs a fair bit better than a 2TB 7200rpm drive from 6 years ago.

That cpu market has been progressing ever so much hasn't it.

So has memory. Revolutionising how to get money out of people by changing to DDR4.

Mechanical keyboards, LED bling, gaming chairs and SSDs have had an interesting time, can't say the same for much else.
