The Untouchables is on TV and Sean Connery is just connerying about and being generally bad ass.

Can he do no wrong? He has been old since the beginning of time and is infinitely quotable. Who can forget such classics as:

"Welcome to Red October-ski"

"My name Juan Ramirez from Sccccchhhhh-pain"

"WALLMACKchhh?! You piece of Schhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!"

"But in the latin alphabet, jah-hoe-vah begins with an I..... schhhhhhhh"

Morgan Freeman. Old man. Wise. Been around the block. Knows a thing or two from his experiences. Could share some of his views with the protagonist to help him on his journey.

After a bunch of truly silly captions, does this not seem, considering the content of the video, to be slightly tongue in cheek?

The video is funny because:

a) He has no problem, without any shame, saying that he disagrees with someone on the subject, which is generally a controversial and harrowing one;

b) The expertly comical timing of "........... I think it's absolutely right".

c) He doesn't condone punching women mercilessly without reason, he is 'just' saying he would raise a fist if pushed to his limit by a provocative woman. It's obviously still a bad thing, but it doesn't cancel out the humour of points a) and b).

Shame on you for making me type that out! :/
