Not had much to do with search engines in recent years other than of course use them to search.
Are modern search engines able to navigate through websites if pages aren't linked? For an example, if a page of lala.html was on the MS server but not linked at all with any other file (not linked in any way to index.html for example), would a search engine know of its existance and would search engine users end up being directed to the page or not?
