we currently have a product that we buy.
Its kind of like a shared document space where users register and then can upload documents and tag them, other users get notification when a document has been uploaded that has a tag that matches one there intrested in.
I know i could probably do something similar to this in a php mysql database.
But is there any open source stuff that i should be looking at that does similar?
