Searching through video. Whats the best tool?

Hey guys.

I need some software that can navigate through video easily and very quickly. I know most players allow this but many of them are not user friendly and fast when searching through lots of video.

Any recommendations of what the pros use. I already have Premiere for video editing. I mainly looking through video trying to find the highlights.

Hmm I found an easier way I think. With boxing if you look at the audio and just pick out when the crowd gets louder it usually indicates a good highlight

For mpeg I use VideoRedo and its keyboard shortcuts (arrows=frames, shift+arrows=seconds, alt+arrows=minutes or something) and you can also use it to cut out bits of the video.

Yup I do like Videoredo. Great tool.
