Is this not possible anymore?

Obviously I can use my browser to search, but not very practical when a thread has hundred or thousands of posts.

There's an option to "search this thread only"?

Yes, but still can't search a thread by keyword.

Also the default listing criteria is by relevance. I think most recent might be better.

use google? enter...

site:forums.overclockers.co.uk keywords

...and it'll link you to the page with the info.

What a faff, does that do the individual thread?
Anyway, OCUK search engine does it, I don't think Tomsk has seen the box he puts the keyword in.

Update, no it doesn't, it lists every thread with the keyword in it.

hardly a faff. takes about 2 seconds on a desktop, with the crap old search it was a lifesaver.

if you chuck the full thread URL in pretty sure you can do by thread.

Seriously why would you do that on Google?

So I go into the OCUK thread
I copy the URL
I go to Google and put in your search + the thread I've just copied + the keywords
and then hopefully get my answer

or

I can click in the thread and search it at the top

Didn't work and it is such a straightforward way to do it -
