Does anyone know what this is?

ZoneAlarm has just popped up with a message saying it is trying to gain access to privileged resources.

Google has come with nothing.

Put any MS Beta's on recently? I believe it's part of the windows search indexer - it's in Vista, and probably installed when Outlook 2007 demands an indexer be installed.
