The PSU fan speed in the bios is reporting to be ~760rpm and highlighted in red.. not sure but is this a bit low? The system is under no load, would the PSU fan adjust accordingly if the system is under load?
That speed is fine for the Seasonic. One of the cool features of these PSUs is a slow and quiet 120mm fan. I have the S-12 500w and mine is currently rotating at 778RPM. Your BIOS is highlighting it as red because it isn't taking into account that this is how this PSU fan is designed to run. Your fan speed will also increase when needed - they called it Smart and Silent Fan Control in the manual.
I have a seasonic 600w also, but I didn't know you could connect it to register then fan speed... is that what the cable which looks like the attachment for a case fan is for?
