Does anyone know when the Seasonic X-Series will come back into stock or is it best to email OCUK directly?

Also, for a single GPU setup is there any point on getting a 850w psu or would 750w suffice?

I don't mind spending a little bit more money to get a bit more headroom for upgrade possibilities in the future and to have it running at good efficiency levels but thought I'd ask for people’s opinions :)

500W for a single card will be perfectly fine.
Unless you absolutely want SLI/X-fire in the future (plus your motherboard can handle it), then invest in a 750w PSU.

Don't get sold into platinum efficiency unless you genuinely want to reduce those elec costs a little.

I normally aim for a 650W PSU for plenty of flexibility however, single GPU setups will run fine on a 500W PSU (providing it's a good brand, which Seasonic is).

Thanks for the comments. I just want a silent / quiet psu with a bit of room to maybe go SLI in the future, though it is unlikely. I currently have an overclocked i7 2600k and a 770 GPU.

I went for 750w just for the fact I could end up in a situation where I can SLI and dont want to buy a new PSU just for that

A "High End" 550W PSU would cover my SLi rig, but I went over spec for the fan less mode on idle - 170 W usage. My AX 850 is practically the same as the old X-Series 850 W PSU.
