Searched all over the net for this and found nothing, especially on the useless government sites which seem to cater for morons with the simplest questions
anyway....
In my quest for old school american goodness I may get a truck with a bench front seat and most seem to lack and belt for the middle seat, I am assuming from what little info the government have on their site if you sit in a seat with a belt you have to wear it but if yoyu sat in the middle seat you won't get fined?
anyone? would have thought there would have been loads of info on this online but found none (unless my google skills have failed me)
