Seated VR games with controller recommendations?

Looking for some seated VR game recommendations that work well/best with an xbox controller.

On a HP Reverb G2.

If u have a powerful enough PC msfs can be played with an Xbox controller. Luke Ross vr mods for games like cyberpunk is controller only. I think No Man's Sky has an Xbox controller mode. There will be quite a lot.

Elite Dangerous, but I think they stopped VR support a while back. Star Wars Squadrons campaign supports VR too.

Also look up the UEVR injector. Enables VR for many Unreal Engine games, and most of those have gamepad support.

I think VR is still a thing. I've not played since Odyssey was released though but my understanding is that you can VR on foot as well now.

Funny, was contemplating booting that up again.

It still works in VR if you’re flying in a ship.
If you go on foot, it displays a flat screen image in VR

If you're PC can handle it, the majority of games available via UEVR. Some are better with motion controllers in hand, but a lot i play work great with a pad. Returnal, Conan Exiles, Hi-Fi RUSH, Pinball FX, to name a few that I've racked up hundreds of hours with controller only.

Chances are if there's a genre you're interested in, there's something available in UEVR that works really well.

They added anticheat, so you need to disable that and go single play only, but it works fantastic. Ride 3-4 also work without the messing around (no ac) as well as the older titles in the moto gp series.
