Seated VR games with controller recommendations?

How is performance? Even flat it runs like a bag of rocks for me on a 3080

I'm using an RX 7900XT and 5700X3D. I don't know what FPS I'm getting but performance feels very smooth. This is using the default graphics settings.

I have played Alien Isolation. And yes, it's terrifying. And I haven't even played long enough to meet the Alien. I get so tense playing, if I ever did bump into the alien in one those vents, I think I would have a heart attack!!

It's also ruined every other scary/horror game as none of them come close to the fear that Alien Isolation puts in you.

Alien isolation in vr did something really weird with the head movement. I don't know how to explain it but it made me feel sick.

Yep it was definitely off, afaik it was eventually fixed (I could be wrong).
