Seating Intel Socket 775

Hey all, Today i tried to reseat my 775 Stock Sink+Cooler, Am i meant to have taken it out of the case? Because one of the rods wouldn't go into the Mobo and i am only connected via 3.

I managed to do it by dissasembbling the PC, hitting 35C Idle now. Still using ****** fans, I have 4 nice Antec fans coming as well as a Antec CPU Freezer
