second 6950 now showing on device manager

hi
just put together a new rig but one of my 6950s isnt showing up on the device manager,mobo bios is upto date,so are the card drivers.
any ideas?

What are your system specs?

Crossfire bridge connected, can you see the crossfire enable button in CCC.

i sorted it out now
i just tested each card individually ,both working,then i installed both again in each others slot now its working,kinda weird:p
