Right I am just sending off my 7950 for RMA - it is a Sapphire OC version.
Stupidly I bought from a European company who it seems are notoriously bad at RMA. It also seems that Sapphire are very, very slow. As a result I don't expect my card back for 6-8 weeks.
I am planning on buying a second one tomorrow, so in the interim I have a card to use and afterwards I will be able to crossfire (although I told the wife that when i end up with 2 i will sell one).
The question is am i missing anything? Would i perhaps be better off just getting a 680 and saving £150-£200 by actually selling my card when I get it back?
If not which is the best 7950 to get at the mo? I was thinking the MSI Twin Frosr. I am reluctant to get another Sapphire but want a good cooler. Also it has to be from OcUK, after this experience I really value their customer service.
