Second 980 - PSU Question

I am considering getting a second 980 for my rig mainly as I want to play the Witcher 3 at higher settings. The card also comes with the game and the new batman game. My question would be if my PSU is up to the job? This would be for the rig in my signature with the Corsair Ax860i PSU.

Anyone got any advice?

Is the CPU overclocked?

It is at 4.2 at the moment. The 980 is at stock.

My rig, 2x980 and a 4790k, never draws more than 500w from the wall.

Just thought I would update this. Got the 2nd 980 yesterday. Is installed and working fine as far as I can tell. Will put it through its paces today with the Witcher 3.

I am too thinking of a 2nd card when AMD releases their card and the 98ti comes out. See sig for details. I think I will be alright.

I have measured the power draw at the wall with the extra gpu. Max watts so far is 430.
