Can I make a single profile make copies of the same data to two separate hard drives on the same machine, or across a network? For redundancy, in case one drive fails or is damaged. I am suffering paranoia after some data loss ;) Thanks.

Yes

would suggest you use something like the crashplan program, it's free to use locally you don't need to sign up for a subscription and it'll run in the background and mirror any changes to your destination.

Alternative programs would be robocopy, synctoy etc. I've got a crashplan sub so I love the little program tbh but I've used it on a few mates PCs to help them backup stuff to their other PC automatically.

Yup.

You should have:

Original copy
Copy on a RAID1 NAS (Duplicati, Windows Backup, Macrium Reflect)
Offsite copy (Duplicati, Crashplan, etc)
Offline copy for protection against randomware attacks such as Cryptolocker (DVD, BluRay, Disconnected HDD)
