Unfortunatly I was swindled when I got my 8800Gts 640mb, it's done it's job fine but one port is faulty and now I need both... I am looking to upgrade but I also have a second pc with no gfx I could use this for...
As it is bfg will it still be under it's 'lifetime' warrenty if it is second hand?

It depends when the gfx card was originally bought, bought my 8800gtx late 2007 and I think a few months later they changed the warranty (register it within 30 days = 10yr warranty, unregistered = 2 year warranty) if you can get a copy of/the original receipt I doubt you'll have many problems, if you can't then I'm sure they'll be able to do it based on the serial number
 
BFG have tightened up on warranty claims now if the card has not been registered within 30 days you get a 2 year warranty only.
