Second hand gaming laptops worth looking into?

I've had a look on their website and tempted to have a look at the Inspiron 15. Spec:

- Windows 10 Home (64bit)

Thanks for the recommendations. I would imagine they would easily play the games I mentioned above. They might struggle with more recent ones but not too worried about that.
I initially didn't look at Asus equipment due to bad experiences with other devices and reading on here that some people have had big problems with their customer support.
Out of the two listed, would you go for the Intel over the AMD? I've tried to find a comparison of the two but can't.
Excuse my ignorance but what exactly does freesync do?
I'll maybe have a good read through reviews of both but will be looking to buy in the next month or two anyway.
The Intel based one is basically identical to the Dell I mentioned above but not sure if the AMD would prove a bit better. Who knows.
The laptop itself would probably only be used 1/4 of the year for an hour or so every evening if that so that is why I don't really want to spend too much.

One comment I did read on a deals website this was posted on was saying not much point in having a freesync screen with a lower end unit. So maybe it isn't worth it.
According to this article, There is really nothing in them. Just a bit newer and smaller bezels on the screen.

So still not made a decision on this however I initially to look for one with a 1050Ti card rather than a standard 1050 card. Max budget about £600-£650.
I bought a refurbed Acer predator helios 300 with i5-8300H and 1050Ti for £540 but since returned it as I felt I may get something a bit better.
It looks like I can get:
MSI GE62VR i7-7700HQ with 3Gb 1060 card for£605 Edit: Appears to have jumped to £665 now.
or
Dell G5 i5-8300H with 6Gb 1060 Max q card for £615
Both refurbed and with a two year warranty.
I've read the reviews and it appears the i5-8300h is a bit better CPU and many recommending the 6Gb max Q over the 3Gb 1060 despite the slightly lower clock speeds.
Any thoughts?

Get saving, better advice here than the HUKD
I still think despite it being a max Q it will be better due to the ram but there would be advantages for the 3gb for example clock speeds. I think possibly they both will have their pros and cons especially when loading textures into ram vs speed.

I'm going to go and play about with some laptops when I get home tomorrow then probably decide to just chuck the cash in to a new desktop build.
Nearly pulled the trigger on that 1060 Helios last night for but £670 didn't in the end.

Thanks for your input. At the minute I'm just going to hold off for now. It would mainly he for using at work and at the minute they keep moving me locations so will probably only buy once everything settles into a more normal location for me staying. It could be a number of months before I'm properly settled though.
I did nearly buy that when it was reduced at £480 but didn't bother.
I don't mind getting a better second hand unit but even the prices of them are quite high for what you get.

Yeah I've been keeping a look out on there. I'm always too slow.
Why never for second hand? I can't seem to find many at that price either second hand.
