Second Hand PC Build

Hi all I was wondering if you guys could give me some advise on a new PC build, I dont really have a lot of money to spend so hopefully I will be looking to buy from the MM section.

Main PC use
Browsing Web
Downloading
Encoding Videos
Playing some games but I mainly use my Xbox360 for games

Part I can use from my existing PC
Floppy Drive
Keyboard
Mouse
Monitor
DVD ReWriter Drive
Hard Drives

So really all I need is
Case
Cooling
PSU
Motherboard
CPU
Memory
Graphics Card
