Has anyone had a go at this, saw someone being interviewed for it and its a big big interactive virtual life world.
Just got it going, but aint got a clue what I am doing. Some people are very serious about this and are actually making money on it !!!
I am in the beginners land, just gonna have to take some time and get to know where the other million or so people hang out in different lands

www.secondlife.com or go to google it, seems big.

I think most of the people making money setup brothels and strip clubs.

I read an article somewhere (I think on slate.com) that it's just a well-disguised pyramid scheme - the economy is run by a few people at the top who can change USD/LN (the currency IIRC) conversion rates and just drop them or bankrput banks all together.

Yup yup...to actually make money would take about $1000 of investment and lots of time, even then you would probably break even. You also need designing skills and experience.

My experience was that it was nothing but smut and pervs wanting a quick one online :S
