Second Line Installation

If there's a line fault why don't you get it fixed?

The line fault shouldn't have any impact on a second line. Even if it does it'll be up to BT to get both of them fixed.

Combining the two connections into one isn't really practical. It is possible, but the costs whould be high. It'd be quite simple to load balance between them, but easier to just run them as completely seperate connections.
