hi guys currently on these specs
Gigabyte Z370P D3 MOBO
Super Flower Leadex III 550W 80 PLUS Gold
Intel Core i5 9400F 2.9ghz
Vulcan T-Force 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 PC4-19200C14 2400MHz
Zotac GeForce GTX 1060 Mini 6144MB GDDR5

Acer Predator XF270HBMJDPRZ 27" 1920x1080 TN FREESYNC 144Hz is my monitor i am thinking shall i move this to my second monitor or keep this and buy a cheaper second monitor would be for streaming / watching stuff on second monitor etc nothing too mad!

Any advice would be appreciated.

Dell P1917s is what I use for a second. Physical size wise it matches up to a 27 height pretty well. IPS but res only 1280, I pretty much only use it for teamspeak / discord etc when in game.
