Second Monitor Options

I've been debating a second monitor for some time now and my wife says she will get one for my birthday next week. I currently own a Samsung 120hz SD27A750D and a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 780Ti WindForce 3x OC 3072MB graphics card.

My first question is 120hz on the second monitor... Currently the Samsung runs on the DP port of the GFX card, but if i was persuaded to a second 120hz/144hz monitor could I run this with the DVI input with a dual link DVI cable?

Second question is 60hz as a second monitor will I experience problems with using it to watch videos and other things while gaming?

Im really stuck with what to do as a second monitor. I can get something cheap like the Benq 27" 60hz option:

Or i can go for the 120/144hz option like the BenQ XL:

Or do I go for something completely different like selling my S27A750D and using the funds too get 3x 27" 60hz monitors and enjoy the mass of displays in gaming.

As you can see Im really undecided and would love to hear opinions on this.

P.S. I saw the new Acer IPS panel coming but its just out of my range for now as i'm asking for a new keyboard and SSD.
