second psu buzzing....

my first psu was a be quiet 650w had a coil whining noise so its going RMA
i wake up this morning and my new corsair 750w is buzzing at the plug on the actual psu(changed the cable it still happens)

i have an i7 overclocked bundle, what is going on here? is it just bad luck?

HX or TX?

I got a really dodgy power cable with my HX850 that didn't make good contact, and was arking/buzzing. I swapped it for another cable and it was fine.

hx and everything was fine until this morning, just happened all of a sudden, i didnt touch anything there was power to the psu(system was off) and it just buzzes even when off
